Set apart by nature
Nature doesn’t do straight lines or boxy backyards. Neither do we. We’re weaving wilderness into everyday life by tucking houses under a blanket of trees and knitting trails, ponds, parks and vistas together into the woodland that's already here.

Kettlesong is a people kind of place. Our neighborhoods are walkable and designed to prioritize people over cars, so whether you're headed to a restaurant or a neighbor's house, to the library or to the playground, it's all within reach by foot or an easy bike ride away.

Learning from the locals
Our K-8 public charter school takes learning outside the classroom, fostering citizenship and a connection to place. In partnership with York Preparatory Academy in Rock Hill, the new place-based campus grounds education in all things local.

A sustainable approach
We all want access to clean air, clean water, healthy food, a safe and secure community, and a future that our kids can enjoy. We are committed to becoming better stewards of the land. To ensure that, we are doing our part to build communities that will endure.
